The CLIENT

Activo Rentável, S.A. (Auctions Company) provides its clients with several services in the scope of asset recovery and settlement, namely through inventory and valuation of assets, disclosure of same, promotion, organization and sale.

It carries out judicial and extrajudicial sales through face auctions, online auctions, closed letter, as well as private negotiation of real estate, motor vehicles, industrial and agricultural equipment, residential, commercial and industrial furniture.

The PROJECT

The heterogeneity of the target audience of the Activo Rentável required the development of their web presence through an image that resulted from a sensible balance between prestige, modernity, distinction, sobriety. The language would have to be both careful and easy to perceive, simultaneously transmitting rigor and transparency.

Being a new player in the sector, in spite of the experience of its managers, a decision was taken, together with the client, to incorporate the online services component (auctions, direct sales, etc.) into an institutional presentation structure, which is the first image to be perceived by the visitor. The ultimate object is to make the company known in order to give credibility and confidence to the visitor in the use of their online services.

WebSite was developed in HTML5 with Responsive Design, Javascript and JQuery, being compatible with all display devices, TV screens, desktop, laptop, and all mobile devices, tablets and smartphones.

It has a CMS – Content Management System and a CRM – Customer Relationship Management which includes the management of Online Auctions.

In addition to integration with Social Networks, SEO – Search Engine Optimization or E-mail Marketing, it also has advanced and extremely useful functions as a Transactional E-mail Service (usually used by banking and e-commerce services) that guarantees the safe and secure delivery of information, notifications, etc., or an Advanced Client Area with registration of the main data as well as all the activity and history of the clients, integrated and synchronized in real time with a Management Software of Auction, developed by an external partner, PCOMP.
